Plants, Flowers, Seeds, and Vegetable Starters
We stock a variety of plants and seeds that are well-suited for Rhode Island’s unique climate. Since the average annual temperature in the state is 50°, we sell a wide range of hardy perennials that thrive in the cooler months. Our beautiful perennial flowers include aquilegia, achillea, coreopsis, echinacea, rudbeckia, and ornamental grasses, as well as a huge variety of other seasonal hardy plants. We also carry many hardy vegetables for summer gardeners. We can offer guidance if you aren’t sure which vegetables will grow during the months you intend to start and maintain your garden.
Trees and Shrubs
As a grower retailer, we offer the largest “show room” of trees and shrubs in the area. With over 500 trees and 3,000+ shrubs to choose from, many of which we grow ourselves, you’ll get excellent quality from our local garden center. Whether you are looking to pick out a 4’ tall caliper tree or an 8’ tall hedge, we are your go-to place for specimen landscape plants in Rhode Island. For larger landscape plants, visit our Matunuck location. Other garden elements, such as flowers and smaller plants, can be found at all three of our locations.
